ted with the complaint of hair loss for the past 25 years with no active hair fall now. On hair analysis, the FU density was found to be 74FU/cm2. He was NH Grd VI. He chose FUE Hair transplant for his reconstruction. He was given total 4000 grafts by Bio- FUE technique in two days. on first day 2030 grafts from scalp and 585 gafts from chest, total 2615. on second day 400 grafts from beard, 700 grafts from scalp and 285 grafts from chest so total 1385 grafts were given. The surgery was uneventful and the patient was discharged in a satisfactory condition. We are hereby presenting his pictures 12 months post surgery.
